Before your actual trek/tour begins, please add a couple of days in Kathmandu while we prepare the final details of your excursion (permits, visas, gear, etc.).

During this time, we'd like to show you around Kathmandu — Free! You'll have the opportunity to see palaces, temples, maybe do some shopping, have tea, or whatever. It's a great way to get acquainted with one another and allow you to begin to immerse yourself within our culture. And just like when we pick you up at the airport in Kathmandu, there is no extra charge.*
