NEPALESE BANKING RESTRICTIONS, CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED
BY THE CARD HOLDER'S SIGNATURE. THEREFORE, THE PAYMENT PART OF THIS
BOOKING/RESERVATION FORM WILL NOT BE AIDED BY THE USE OF THE INTERNET

WILL CONTACT YOU WITH PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS. YOU MAY ALSO FAX US
OR MAIL US YOUR BOOKING INFORMATION AND DEPOSIT PAYMENT BY COMPLETING
ALL SECTIONS OF THIS FORM, AND FAXING OR MAILING THE PRINTED COPY

Namaste! I hope our little web site has answered
all your questions about where Karnali Excursions can take you and
that you are now ready for the adventure of a lifetime. If you have
any questions whatsoever, or you are having difficulties with any
part of the booking/reservation process, please do not hesitate
to contact us and we will answer them promptly.

Now that you have selected a Karnali Excursions
to experience, we invite you to use this page to start your reservation
process. We do, however, require that you read all the policies
and procedures concerning your booking by clicking here -- Booking Terms & Conditions.
To complete your booking, please follow the
steps below:
- Check Availability - Please email, call
or fax us to confirm excursion availability. (Since many of our
excursions/tours are customized and within a small group, there
should be no problem.)
Please be sure to add a couple of days
to whatever excursion you select so you may have enough time
for pre-trip preparation and to relax afterwards.
- Complete This Form - We will hold your
selection for 10 days, which will allow time for your Booking/Reservation
Form and payment to reach us.
- Make a Deposit - A deposit in the amount
of 25% will secure your selection. The balance will be due once
you arrive in Nepal. Using your credit card is the easiest way
to hold your booking/reservation. If, however, you are unable
to pay by credit card, an alternative arrangement may be offered.
Here are our options in which to pay the
deposit by credit card:
- fax or mail it to us. Just complete the
Booking/Reservation Form below, click the print button
on the top of your screen, and fax (or mail) your completed form
to us. That's all there is to it! To reserve your booking/reservation,
you must include your credit card account information: number,
date of expiration, name (as it appears on the card), signature,
and billing address for the card. Please make sure that your fax
identifies who you are (or name of your party), and which selection
you are booking/reserving (including trip name and trip dates).

- After you have printed the form, go ahead
and send us an advance notification of your desired excursion
by clicking the SUBMIT button.
- If you wish to reserve by telephone, please
complete the Booking/Reservation Form, print it out for reference,
and call us with your excursion and card information.

But it is recommended that you e-mail us first to alert us to
your call. Nepal's difference in time is 5 hours 45 minutes ahead
of GMT, and approximately 13 hours from U.S./Pacific Time. (Please
see Nepal Clock on home page.)
